Whoever is interested in carrying out a mobility period for Erasmus+ placement (traineeships) at the University of Thessaly, should communicate directly with the relevant departments or laboratories in order to obtain an official acceptance. The International Relations Office (IRO) does not mediate to the procedure of the job placement search.

Once they will be officially accepted by a certain department or laboratory of the UTH and as long as they have obtained the approval of the sending institution for their placement mobility, they have to complete and send to the IRO, the document "Data of incoming student" by post or via e-mail.

Furthermore, all the trainees at the UTH in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme have to be covered for the whole period of their placement both by liability and accident insurance. A copy of each insurance contract should be sent to the receiving department by post or via e-mail.
