1. During the mobility changes

Students should also take into consideration that changes concerning courses may occur. The University reserves the right to cancel or modify any courses due to unforeseen circumstances.

Erasmus Students can change their Learning Agreement, if necessary, with the approval of both Universities using the During the Mobility Part of the ΟLA and providing a copy of the new ΟLA to the Secretariat of the Department as well.

2. Certificate of Attendance, Exams & Trancript of Records

At the end of each semester, after the examination period, the Erasmus+ exchange students can get their Transcript of Records from the Secretariat of their Department. In some cases, especially if the examination period has not finished, students can receive their Transcrips by email. 

Before departuring, at the end of their mobility period, Erasmus Students should get their Certificate of Attendance from the Erasmus+ Office.
