You should make an appointment with the Erasmus+ Office which operates from Monday to Friday, from 11.00 a.m.- 2.00 p.m.
For the city of Volos:

Students studying in the Departments situated in the city of Volos, receive, before their arrival, an email with a link to book their appointments. Appointments are booked individually.
For the cities of Larissa, Trikala, Karditsa:

For the city of Lamia:

2. Enrolment & Student Card
Exchange students should then visit the Secretariat of their Department to finalize the procedure of their temporary enrollment in UTH and they should contact the relevant Deparmental Coordinator.
Erasmus Students can apply for the Student ID Card (Passo). The Student ID Card is accepted proof of student status and card holders are eligible for reduced prices in transportation, cultural activities e.t.c. as well as for having free access to the University Restaurants.
